Feb 09, 2011 · MLB.TV is subject to blackouts due to where you are positioned- I live north of Dallas, and Rangers games are blacked out. Possibly even Astros games, I can't remember. So yes, I'm fairly certain that you wouldn't be able to watch Jays games. It could be different for you, but I wasn't able to get any games from cities in which I was in/close to.
